Career Training Institute Programs / Certification Programs Refund Policy:
Please read these policies carefully
- Request for refund must be submitted in writing the CTI office.
- All approved refunds are subject to $100 service fee.
- No refund for textbooks, supplies, fingerprinting, TB/health history/CPR/First Aid/exam/immunization fees once those services have been completed or supplied to students at the time of refund request.
- There are no refunds after the program completes 20% of the scheduled program hours.
